The correspondence to the three upright Cups, firmly grounded, also tell me that the emotional decision made was a good one. I have one free weekend left, the fourth Cup.
The reader tells me to refuse any other offers for the month and I think about the third person at work who had just given notice. With an unspecified last day, the possibility exists that I may be forced to work that weekend as well. Any offers that will move me closer to my goals would have to be abandoned.
How do the cards know this stuff?
The final card, the Ace, is to remind me that the work I’ve set in motion with the festivals is only the beginning. Even though I could probably find another venue, what I do this month is enough at this time as I may need to place my day job above the business I’ve started. There is time to prepare for the next season over the winter.
I will still be battling the time bandits that live in that fourth cup. I think I always will.
